We all experience hard times in our life, but when we label these life events as ‘wrong’ or ‘difficult’ we can become stuck in an all too common thinking pattern, and I’m here to tell you the situation isn't the 'problem', rather, it's how we think about the problem that’s the actual 'problem'.

I offer a variety of coaching services; maybe you're in a COVID -19 induced flight or fright situation and wanting an immediate path forward, or you feel there are things a little deeper inside driving your thoughts, habits and actions and now is the time to address them, the root cause. 


We will bypass your status quo, your "yes, but..." statements and by adopting a mindful approach we will get to the heart of your matter - you can be the constant in this quickly changing environment.

Well and Being Me

If you’re curious about how you can define and accomplish your personal and professional goals in 2021, now is the time to join me.

During this online workshop, you'll learn how to vocalise your goal in clear, specific, and compelling PURE terms - Positive, Under your control, Real and Ecological - for you and your world, and then also identify the steps necessary to transform your vision into action - you'll nail things with a timeline to achieve your PURE intent.

This process allows you to establish the path you want, really want, one that is entirely yours to achieve and experience - while your family and commitments are considered, this process is about YOU.

You'll receive coaching tools prior to the webinar and after active participation of the content (you do the work and write your plan up), you'll be able to schedule 30 mins one on one session with me to cement your plan.

Chances are you'll use vague language; I want a new job. I want to be healthy. I'm sick of being tired - I will help discover these.

Mindful Me

Mindful Me is a favourite among many of my clients; from active participation in our weekly sessions, you'll be skilled to better manage the situations in your life as they present. Our time together is to not change the way you think, but rather to provide you with the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced relationship with the realities of your life. You will become mindfully well-versed at handling issues whenever and wherever they arise; the realities of life will always be there, how you consciously respond to them is what you will change.

10 session package (10-16 weeks) $740, including 2-hour Forward Moving  Me session

Forward Moving Me

Do you feel like you are always adding new tasks to your to-do list but never crossing anything out? At a crossroad of what to do, or maybe the downward pressure of the apathy and disengagement in your day to day life is taking its toll on you, then a Forward Moving Me coaching session will help guide and inspire you to achieve more of your personal and professional goals, in a fashion that feels right to you.
